About the Decorator
Cassaundra Marie, a Pacific Northwest native, is a distinguished designer currently based in New York City. She began her design career in 2012, specializing in retail visual merchandising for storefronts and fashion. While studying at the New York School of Interior Design, she honed her skills in creating appealing aesthetics and visual stories through the use of color, textures, patterns, and precise visual orientation. In 2016, she transitioned into the world of film, television, and theatre, working with various small Theatres and seizing numerous design opportunities. Upon entering the TV and film industry, she immediately felt at home. Cassaundra's favorite aspect of set decoration and design is crafting unique spaces and creating clever visual backstories that allow actors to fully inhabit their roles.
